Charlene White
Description:
With more than 10 years in the industry both in the UK and abroad, Charlene White is a highly experienced broadcast journalist, news presenter and producer. She currently presents early morning and weekend lunchtime programmes for ITV1, and GMTV bulletins for ITV London.Her TV experience also includes being a regular face on the BBC News Channel as an entertainment news presenter, and presenting BBC3 60 Secs News. She was the launch presenter for BBC1's 8 o'clock bulletins in the East of the UK, as well as producing and presenting other programmes for the region.
Charlene's radio experience includes producing and presenting BBC 1Xtra's 2-hour news magazine show "TX", Morning Reports on BBC Radio Five Live, and hosting and producing a very successful late night talk show on BBC London 94.9. She has also done undercover reporting for ITV Meridian, and worked as a features writer at the New York Post.
Charlene has also voiced trails for BBC Radio 2, and is hostile environment trained.
She is also an ambassador for the charity the Media Trust.
